All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. 

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

( During busy periods it may take up to 5 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched. )

RETURNS 

Casual Subculture will gladly accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. This is on the assumption the purchase was made on non-sale full priced items. Purchases made on sale items will only be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and products purchased from our 'Clearance Sale' are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER IN THE PARCEL WHEN RETURNING GOODS.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges

If you ordered the incorrect size we will send out a replacement free of charge once the original has been received back with us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@casualsubculture.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your items are faulty and we will refund your shipping costs. 

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds/exchanges cannot be carried out until the original order is returned.
