PRICING

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, where applicable.

ORDERING AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

We aim to display only items that are in stock or that can be dispatched to you quickly. In the event of a product going out of stock, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours when you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel your order.

Placing an order

• Find the product(s) you want on the website
• ·Select the size you require and press 'Add to Basket'
• Once you've added all of the items you require to your basket, select the checkout option
• ·You will be asked to input your shipping & billing details
• Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct
• Press Place Order
• You will then receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering
• All emails are automated. If you are a new customer, it is possible the confirmation email has gone into your spam folder.

In the unlikely circumstance, we'd be unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order explaining the issue that may have arisen. Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the 'Place Your Order' button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.

• We refuse the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment for the following reasons:
• The product is not available / in stock
• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
• Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
• We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
• Force Majeure
• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretences will be followed up with an investigation.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All mainland UK deliveries will be free of charge if you order more than £50 worth of products, £3.95 if £50 or less. Delivery outside mainland UK is £8.95 

If delivery cannot be fulfilled in one package, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then Casual Subculture may choose to delay the order or send part of the order immediately, and then send the balance when the stock becomes available, if this happens we will notify you by email.

In the event of the order being dispatched in more than one part, then there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.

CURRENT DELIVERY

All orders received for UK deliveries can take up to 7 days to arrive. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed this cannot be always possible due to high volumes of orders. 

Please note during the sale and high order volume periods, we cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel in our normal service period so there may be a delay in your delivery.

We advise International Orders can take 8/15 working days from ordering.

CUSTOMS

Countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to additional duties to be paid.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to Casual Subculture and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

By law, Casual Subculture is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

PAYMENT SECURITY

We use industry-standard SSL technology and server certification to ensure secure payment transactions via the Web Site. We have also signed up for the Visa and Mastercard security programmes Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode and the new SCA standard. These give enhanced security and peace of mind when making purchases via the internet with the use of a personal password set up by you via a direct secure link to your bank. Full details about how these extra security measures affect you and stop fraudulent use of your card can be obtained from your card issuer. Payment details are not stored on the Secure Server and are sent to us in an encrypted form. You will see the padlock sign in your web browser when you are asked to enter your payment details at check out, this verifies that you are connected to our Secure Server. Please do not send card details to us via email as this method is not secure.

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality and that they will meet their specification.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Casual Subculture reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

Usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability and exclude certain products.
